A rare treat tonight at ye olde church, Chrome Genie is coming in from San Franthizzco to play his mayhem at the Salvage Vanguard Theater with Venison Whirled and others. Thank the Church of the Friendly Ghost for putting this together.

“Chrome Genie (b. 2011) is calling himself Internet Posture™ for this performance. He has founded record labels (Bats Inc, Freewater Trust Group, Gemini Soft Overalls, etc.), and currently is listed in thirty-six different musical projects(Chrome Genie, Dorsal Moisture,Gum on the Cob, Phish, etc.). His music is never composed and there is no thought involved in the recording process. He refers to this technique as “dumbprov”. He utilizes handkerchiefs, vibrating toothbrushes, moldy percussion, hot-glued 45’s, home-built electronics, Cheetos®, magnetic tape, contact mics, cardboard, and pizza sauce to craft a boring dose of Virtual Wisdom. He is a newmedia guru and performance artiste who works with mostly all mediums, and explores video-technology through his media corporation(Royal Panini Worship Networks). He is currently based in San Francisco, where he hosts Brutal Sound Effects’s Godwaffle Noise Pancakes and other tri-monthly experimental showcases in audio and video at his home, The Golden TrapperKeeper Lodge. ”
