Drew Liverman, Super Rich and Famous Artist

Local artist Drew Liverman has a shirt and poster for sale on the street/kewl dewdz culture store Beautiful/Decay.

The design “was originally made for 6 spreads in the BD magazine (issue S) and loosely based on the Rosicrucian founding text, ‘the chymical wedding of christian rosenkreutz’.”

Drew was also one of the artists behind the amazing 2007 installation Stalemate of the Boozefox at MASS Gallery:

Drew’s bio:

Drew Liverman was born in Groton, CT, raised in Fairfax, VA and received his BFA in painting and printmaking from Virginia Commonwealth University.  Drew’s drawing, screen-printing, video/animation, and installation work explores the gooey intersection of pop-culture, politics, the occult and the psychedelic in contemporary society.  In addition to his personal work, Drew contributes to the Richmond, VA collaborative Houseband, which produces, videos, music, zines, collages and installations.  Drew currently lives and works in Austin, TX.
